Good afternoon, Family!
Thank you so much to those who joined the group chat! We have 12 RSVPS for this beautiful hike at Sycamore Wilderness Park! I’m excited to connect and commune with yall as this is one of my favorite hikes in Riverside.
Some things to expect:
⏱️We will begin at 8:30am.
🅿️Please park at Ameal Moore Nature Center as this is where you will be able to park and will begin our stretches.
🍊Complimentary refreshments will be provided at the beginning of the hike.
📓🎨Once we get to the top of the hike we will begin our journaling and painting activity. You will be painting on mirrors! At the beginning of the year, you may have been introduced to vision boards to kickstart what you envision your year to look like. As many of you know, approximately 3 month into the new year, those visions start to dwindle.
Now we will take a moment to reflect and create Mission boards and this will be journaled out with a prompt offered at the beginning and will lead to you painting a positive mantra on the mirror - your reflection.
🥾We will then make our way down the mountain & will close out with another stretch.
