Brown Sugar N’ Coffee has quite literally the most delicious and innovative coffee flavors I have ever tasted in my life! Not only does Saraijah have so many yummy drinks to choose from but she ensures that her customers’ sweet-tooths and/or dietary needs are met so they can get the best experience. I can’t recall a time I had a coffee she made that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy, but there has never been a moment she wasn’t warm and welcoming to any and all of her customers and those she came across. 10/10 in my book and highly recommend the community tap in!

Brown Sugar n Coffee

This coffee is grown on small, family-owned farms in Ethiopia’s Oromia zone and processed through a local cooperative using traditional natural methods. The cherries are sun-dried with the fruit intact, allowing the sugars to infuse the beans, creating a vibrant, fruity flavor with a rich body and smooth finish. By preserving time-honored techniques, the farmers and cooperative produce a truly authentic coffee that reflects the cultural heritage and sustainable practices of the region.

An African blend coffee from Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia combines the best of each region. Kenyan coffee brings bright acidity and bold fruity notes, Tanzanian coffee offers a balanced, smooth body with subtle fruit and floral hints, while Ethiopian coffee adds complex floral and fruity flavors like jasmine and blueberry. Together, these origins create a vibrant, multi-layered cup with bright, fruity, and floral undertones.

African Blend

Bali Blue Moon coffee gets its name from the bluish hue of the beans, created by the traditional Giling Basah wet-hulling process. Grown on small family farms in the Kintamani highlands of Mount Agung, the coffee benefits from volcanic soil and sustainable farming practices. Following the Tri Hita Karana philosophy, farmers use no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, cultivating coffee in harmony with nature. This process results in a distinct, high-quality coffee with deep cultural roots and a unique flavor.
