- Commercial Composting: If home composting isn't an option, many communities offer commercial composting services that can handle our packaging. Check with your local waste management provider for details.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Non-Refundable Policy
At Brown Sugar N' Coffee Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee products that are sustainably sourced and carefully crafted. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee products once they have been purchased.
- In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at brownsugarcoffee.orders@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if a product is defective or if there was an error on our part. Proof of the issue, such as a photo of the product, may be required.

- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout if your order qualifies.
International Shipping
