Vendor application

Thank you for expressing your interest in vending at The Wellness Market! Please keep in mind that we are a specialty curated market and are intentional about who we bring aboard. Please fill out the form to your best ability and should you be selected to vend, we will follow up with further instructions! Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Products/ Services we are looking for:

Wellness related products that focus on holistic health. This includes IV Drip Hydration, haircare, reiki infused products, skincare, apparel, seamoss, essential oils, waistbeads, packaged food items and beverages and more.

Do I have to identify as BIPOC?

No, but your product should be made accessible for those within disenfranchised populations whilst being aware of the systemic barriers that exist for people of color. In short, you must be aware of why spaces like this are sacred and important for the BIPOC community and utilize your services to serve and support - not exploit.

How much does it cost to vend?

All Vendors have a $80 vendor fee. Non-profits are $40.

Products/ Services we are not looking for:

Alcoholic beverages, marijuana products (although CBD is permitted with valid licensing); illegal substances, weapons, offensive and discriminatory products.

Personal • Social • Environmental • Cultural

Our Framework

Adopted by Bill Hettler's Theory of Triadic Influence Ecological systems

Health and well-being are shaped by personal, social, and environmental influences. The Wellness Market bridges these factors by connecting communities with holistic practitioners, culturally relevant fitness, and wellness workshops. We create a sense of belonging by uplifting Black and Brown businesses, artists, and healers, while also addressing systemic barriers through access to healthcare, business resources, and advocacy. Through this approach, we foster a resilient, informed, and connected community.

Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s deeply rooted in culture, history, and lived experience. For too long, mainstream wellness has overlooked the traditions, rituals, and healing practices of Black and Brown communities, but we know that true well-being is about honoring where we come from while creating space to heal and thrive. Whether it’s through ancestral herbal remedies, movement practices like bomba or folklórico, or simply gathering over coffee to share stories, wellness is about connection—to ourselves, our people, and the generations before and after us. At Brown Sugar N’ Coffee, we make space for culturally relevant healing that acknowledges systemic barriers, empowers communities, and centers our voices—because wellness isn’t just about self-care, it’s about collective care.
